Pumpkin Patch 2011

One of my favorite family traditions is going
to Right Choices Corn Maze every year. It's
by far the best one I've ever found! So much
for the kids to do and only an hour away!!
This was the first year to do the corn maze
together. Cruz was too little the last couple
years. The boys loved trying to find their
way out of the maze!! Took us a minute,
but we made it out alive!!

Couldn't resist taking some pics along the way
 My spunky little Cruz
 My handsome little Trevor

Going down the slide!! I had one of Cruz going
down but I think I posted so many pics blogger
went a little nutso?!
Trev in the corn box. Probably the boys favorite
thing to do there. We spend a good portion of
our time playing here.
Thought this was cute of Cruz!!
The boys and I on the hayride. My favorite
thing to do here. It's not really long but its
very relaxing!!
The cow train!! Choo Choo, Moo Moo
 Racing ducks
Pics a little out of order..oops
I tried to bury Cruz in the corn box but
he wasn't a fan!! lol

Ok, here is Cruz making his way down slide!
His first year to go all by himself! Growing up
too fast!!
Pumping their own water is pretty hard work
I think we need this at home! They would go to
bed on time for sure!! Working up a sweat!!
 Loving the corn box!!

 Eating his roasted marshmallow!!
This was the first year we got to roast
marshmallows! Daddy helped the boys and they
loved it. We had to pretty much drag them away
from the marshmallows.. I know what we will
be doing when we get home!!
Cruz picked out his pumpkin! Finally.
I think he changed his mind 10 times or more!!
Too many choices....
We wound up with more than pumpkins in our
wheel barrow.....
Right Choices Corn Maze 2011 was once again
an absolute blast!! Made more great memories!!
Can't wait for next year!

Cruz is 2!!!!!

 Birthday boy!!
He loved his birthday ballons!! Of course
he used them as a punching bag! lol

Since his party was a couple weeks away,
we just invited family over for a little
celebration. Here is mimi with some of the
kiddos.
Cruz loved it when we sang happy birhtday
to him. Look at that sweet face!!
And he eventually started singing along.
I wonder what he wished for?
Now, this is my Cruz!!!

Cruz,
God has blessed me beyond words with you.
You are such a spunky little guy and you bring
that trait into our family. We laugh until we cry
everyday at all the funny things you do and say.
You love to dance and sing. Play a little music
and your one happy little boy. You are already
a great little athlete. You have a ton of agility
and keep up with the big kids.  You even come
to bubba's Sunday school class with us so you
can play with the big kids. You don't do well in the
nursery. You seriously have your own little
language and I love it. Everything you say
is adorable. Hard to understand, but adorable. :)
Your not really a big cuddle bear so I have to
get all my cuddles in at night time. Your just too
busy to settle down. Your always
on a mission. You keep me on my toes. I can't turn
my back for a second because there is no telling what
on earth you might pull. God is teaching me so much
through you!!! Your a wild man, definitely "all
boy"but you have such a big heart. You are very
compassionate which makes me very happy.
It's sweet to watch you care for others at only 2 years old.
I love you and your adventurous little spirit. I can't
wait to see all the things God does in your life!!

Invitation pictures

Taking pictures of two 2 year olds
is not the easiest job!! lol
But here a few I caught.

This was the winner! The boys 2nd
birthday party invitation picture.
Most of the pics looked a little more something
like this.
Love this sweet smile!!

Cruz's 2nd Birthday party!

Happy 2nd Birthday to my sweet baby!!
We had a joint party with Keegan
and since both the boys love sports
and their Razorback we had to do
a Razorback Tailgate!!
Set up was super cute, but the wind
was a monster that day. Not good for
pictures but great for cooling us off.
I made these adorable little banners
for the boys out of fabric. They were
easy and added the perfect touch.

We used all red and white dishes
and this awesome red vintage
ice cooler. The table was too cute!
We smoked a ton of food!!! And of course
had some yummy sides to go along
with it.
 Totally obsessed with the Razorback
cupcakes!! Perfect!!

 We decorated the tables
with the party favors. Pom Pons
for the girls, and red cow bells
for the boys! We also had red
inflatable number 1 hands!
The kids loves it!
 The sweet birthday boys!
Not too sure what Keegan is thinking
and Cruz wouldn't keep his fingers
out of his mouth but it's their party
they can do what they want to. :)
 My little razorback calling the
HOGS!!!
 Momma's with their boys!!
These two are just as close as we
were when we were little!!
 Big snuggles with my man!!
 Can't forget about big brother!
He was the Boss Hog that day.
Too cute!!
We played for a while on the playground,
ate our yummy dinner and then it was
time for CAKE!! We sang happy birthday
to the boys and Cruz sang right along with
everyone!! He is too adorable!!
They were both so proud of themselves
when they blew out their candles! They
just clapped and clapped. YAY!

Keegan finished his cupcake first. He looks
at Cruz and in their own little language ask
if he can have some of his.
Sweet Cruz agrees and passes it over.
Now that's love right there!!
Keegan takes a bite and gives it right back.
It was the funniest thing ever!!
 The boys opened their gifts...
they are very blessed. Lots of
friends and family came to celebrate
these sweet boys. Everyone had a blast!!
Cruz had so much fun he just couldn't take it
any longer!! He climbed up in mimi's lap
and crashed!! What a party animal!!
